I purchased this pillow based on experience at Eagleton Resorts where I used this pillow. When compared, this pillow is small and bulky not that softness which I experienced in the resort. Disappointed this pillow has not come to my expectation.

The pillows were good but thethe complimentary pillow case was not supplied even though the product description stated that the pillow case will be supplied for every pillow that is including 17 x27
But the customer care is so adamant that they can't read/ understand and honour their own described comittment and are cheating customers with false promises

We were initially confused with the vaccum packaging and thought it's smaller than expected but upon opening, it turned out to be nice, big and comfortable. It stays true to what is displayed/quoted and while the cover is a little thin, it's mentioned clearly as well.
