What is the difference between the 6-inch and 8-inch thickness options?
Both options use the same natural latex top layer and high-density bonded base. The 8-inch offers a deeper comfort layer — better suited for sleepers over 90 kg or those who prefer more cushioning before the firm support kicks in. If you're between 75–90 kg, the 6-inch works well. Over 90 kg or dealing with chronic back pain, go with the 8-inch.
How does the 365-night free trial work?
Once delivered, you have 365 nights to decide. If it's not right for any reason, we collect it and refund you in full. No conditions, no fees, no questions asked. It's the longest trial in the Indian mattress market — because we're confident in what we make.
How do I care for the mattress and its cover?
Rotate every three months to distribute wear evenly across the surface. The Vitamin C cover is zippered — remove and machine wash as needed. Do not fold or bend the mattress at any point.
What does the 15-year warranty cover?
Any manufacturing defect or structural failure under normal use over 15 years. This includes loss of support or spinal alignment performance. If something goes wrong, our team assesses it directly — no runaround, no fine print.
