What is the difference between the 6-inch and 8-inch thickness options?
Both options use the same natural latex core and construction. The 8-inch option offers a deeper comfort layer, making it better suited for heavier body weights or those who prefer a more cushioned feel. If you're under 75 kg and sleep on your back or stomach, the 6-inch works well. Side sleepers generally prefer the 8-inch.
How does the 365-night free trial work?
Once your mattress is delivered, you have 365 nights to decide. If it's not right for you, for any reason, we'll collect it and refund you in full. No conditions, no fees, no questions asked. It's the longest trial in the Indian mattress market, and we offer it because we're confident in what we make.
How do I care for the mattress and its cover?
The Vitamin C infused cover is zippered and fully removable, machine wash it as needed. For the mattress itself, rotate it every three months to distribute wear evenly across the surface. Do not fold or bend the mattress at any point.
What does the 15-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, structural damage, or loss of support that occurs under normal use over 15 years. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper handling, or use on an unsupported base. If you have a specific concern, our team will assess it directly — no runaround.
